Change 2go to pickup after 24hr deadline post interview?

Does anyone know if it is possible to change visa from 2go delivery to pickup? I know it says you can within 24 hours of interview but it has been 2 weeks since interview for us and status just changed to ISSUED yesterday. Due to recent events fiancee or relative won't be at address for about week and would love to change to pickup so don't have delay after failed attempted delivery than moved to SM. Sorry if duplicate post, searched everywhere and only saw within 24 hours. Thank you, God bless.

You can try to contact 2GO (once they have the visa) and ask them to hold it for pickup, but odds are you will have to contact the embassy to change delivery instructions

Thanks Hank. I spoke to 2GO and although the have not received visa yet they said the could not change either way. When I spoke to the embassy after they said could only be changed up to 11:59pm day of interview like their website said. It was worth a try though and thank u for the advice. Now hopefully soon 2GO will pick up visas.
