I WANT TO KNOW IF NVC EVER SCHEDULES INTERVIEW FOR GHANA. A FRIEND TOLD ME HIS CASE (IR-1/CR-1) WAS COMPLETED JUNE06 AND NOTHING HAS BEEN HEARED OR RECEIVED FROM NVC WITH REGARDS TO INTERVIEW DATE. HAS ANYONE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE OF HOW THEY SCHEDULE IR/CR INTERVIEW IN THIS COUNTRY. YOUR HELP ON THIS MATTER IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

June? Then I'll not cry anymore! My wife's case was completed in July and I'm mad than hell about the kind of ####### they tell me. Accra this, Accra that. May be, I should've done the I129f instead of wasting my time doing what I thought was right. They don't care a hoot about Ghana or Africa. Racists!

I'm in the same position as you mentioned above. We received notice of interview in November of 2006. Since then I've checked with the NVC every month and to date we have no date set. I look at this site and find people who finished after us and they have been interviewed. I'm not sure whats going on at the U.S. embassy in accra but something smells. Hopefully something will happen with us soon.
