maybe, maybe not.

Is best to call into USCIS , get a Tier 2 human, and ask if the casefile was sent to NVC or NRC.

Of course, you cannot do that, that's a task only for your spouse, the petitioner. However, you should engage with her, to make that happen today or tomorrow.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

mate i hav a query. My gf (now wife) she came to Nepal on December 15, the 2nd day we went to Embasy n she took No Objection Letter. The next day we went to Office and applied for Court Marriage. They called us on December 30 so we went and submitted every papers and proofs of local office, police etc. They called us to take certificate after 16 days. Later we heard that US Embassy doesnt give priority to Court Marriage so we planned to do Cultural mariage and did on 10th January by calling my mother on some other place. I didnot took her to my home coz my father was against it. On the day of her return, 17th Jan, we went and took the Court Mariage Certificate. After that she returned and Applied with that Certificate. Wil it affect on Interview? As a proof we r thinking of showing those marriage photos, our dating fotos, cards, letters, gifts, phone records, chat records, emails, western union records and some other. Is it Ok? Should i tell them about my 2 marriages with reasons?

you should match up what's what with the I-130.

It's already been submitted, and approved, so match up the date in the I-130 (your wife did make a copy, right?) with what's what.

IMO, if things are off, a written letter of attestation, submitted with the civil docs into NVC, should be sufficient to handle any discrepancy in marriage dates and marriage type.

That means i should not show marriage photos... I hav orginal Court Mariage Certificate.... I hav other proofs. Bt if Embassy understands then our mariage photos are strong proof.... We already applied for court marriage and they called us to take certificate so we didnot took any other certificate of our cultural mariage.

not necessarily.

if you explain the discrepancy in a written letter of attestation, submitted into NVC with the civil docs (and other evidence) then IMO you'll be fine.

in my photos and videos there is 10th january printed as it is our marriage date.. In certificate its 17th january which is our Court marriage date. We have applied with that certificate.... Can we take those photos and videos as a proof in Interview?

there's got to be at least 4 ways to ask your question, and the answer is the same:

submit a written letter of attestation with the civil doc packet that you send into NVC.

When you have free time, practice writing the letter of attestation.

is it necessary to write the letter of attestation? What to write in that? I am sorry that I got married twice with same person...... blah blah blah..... I think it will delay the case....

I am from Nepal and my wife is permanent residence in United States. We did Court marriage married on January 17 in Nepal. She applied for I-130 on may and she received approval letter on November 1st. After that there is no response neither from Uscis nor from NVC. I saw orher peoples timeline where NVC have replied them in a month and issued vosa number in 40 days after approval letter is issued. But my wife havent got till today. When called to NVC they told to wait till 25th december? Is it normal or something bad is happening?

You must understand every case is unique and it does require specific background checks which may take longer for some countries. Remember approval letter means that you are entitle to a immigration benefit according to the US immigration law but It has to take its due course to establish that you tick all the boxes to be eligible for a immigrant visa which can be more time consuming for some countries... Keep up you hopes.
