No, Signatures have to be original. You can send it via USPS express depending on what country.

Hi guys, can I fill the G 325A form online, print it out and sign then scan it to my wife. Is this acceptable? Because the one we filled before was not the recent form

I'm sorry to say but no scans are allowed for documents that require a signature. All signature need to be original and therefore hand written.

Just like what the other poster said you can send it through post or any courier. :)
