Still waiting for NOA2??

Its almost a month after transferred of my case to local center, how many days they want for approvel ? usually it take 2~3 weeks to complete the case after transferring....but why they are not paying any attention on my case??

what is going on??/any idea how USCIS is working they have any processor??/ people from Feb, Mar, Apr etc are waitg for the NOA2 and some peoples from may and june for theirt approvels??/ranting33va.gifprotest6wz.gif

its really horriable for me to keep away from my love.i did marriage to spend my life with my sweet wife, not to keep still single after the marriage.....................

im a june filer too..got transferred ahead from you..november 24, beneficiary is from philippines. We still didnt get an approval..were not taking advantage of being automatic expedite, but our problem is when we applied we are living in Kuwait, then july , i went home in the philippines, maybe i will not get an approval early like all filipina beneficiaries here but my concern is, once it get approved and sent my case to NVC they might forward my case to Kuwait US embassy. Do you have any idea how to change address of benefeciary? My husband did change the address but that is only for changing applicant address..

NVC will send case to us consulate closest to beneficiary. What address did you put when you filed? Kuwait? You have to call and change address or do it online.

We had put Kuwait and now im in Philippines. We did search and Unfortunately the only thing we can do is to wait until our case is already on NVC..thats the only time we can change the address..we can only change the applicant address thru online. And ly husband is here in the Philippines so he will figure it out as soon as he go back to US. Tnx anyway.

march 8 i emailed nvc request to expedite my case
march 13 approved expedite request
march 17 in transit status in CEAC
march 19 case file at US embassy
march 23 first day of medical at Slec
march 29 personal evaluation...passed!
April 6 immunization
april 13 interview at USEM. under Administrative Processing Reason; Medical result was still not forwarded by SLEC.
After my interview i called SLEC they told me they forwarded it at USEM same day of my interview.
July 29 I emailed SLEC to confirm again when did they forwarded my Medical Result at USEM. They replied...forwarded April 13.
July 30 status update date change FINALLY.
September 2015 went in US embassy to withdraw my passport coz I've waited for how many months and no approval yet. Only to find out my case file has been sitting in the corner ...no one reviewed my medical result. to make the story short, I took medical again for the second time , then after a my medical result released, I have my visa on my hands.

October 28 2015 POE Sam Francisco
November 7, 2015 SSN
December 2015... 10 year green card arrived
December 2015 Driver's license issued..yay! <p>

Oh yeah, I guess you have to change address after approval and it reaches NVC. I also put Kuwait for my husband as the beneficiary, although will have to change it to Bangladesh after approval. Good luck!

Thanks a lot. I received an email today..it was RFE ..i dont know what they need more..we live in Kuwait together for 1 1/2 years..we had a onee year and 4 month old son..what else to prove a genuine marriage? Goodluck to you too..

It's hard. We are all going through it and they don't seem to have any consistency in the process. You have to give the transfer two months. So just one more. I know some people are are getting approved in 2 weeks and some the whole two months. Check out those spreadsheets I posted.

marriage contract, the birth certificate ,certificate of being US citizen of my son, and in our application they can see that we are leaving in Kuwait together. Pictures of us. Now we are waiting for the letter and see what they are asking for evidences. Actually my hubby is here with me in Philippines for one month vacation. How about you

Hmm I wonder what the rfe is for. Hopefully its something you have and can turn in soon. After receiving a rfe, sometimes approval is quite quick.

I sent in marriage certificate, pictures, affidavit regarding marriage, photocopies of visas when we traveled together. Yup.
