Hi

I don't know about the approvals but I can tell you that they are transferring May petitions.

Transfers are happening, not sure on approvals.

I think some October 2012s are still in the process of getting approved.

in bulk?

Uscis began transferring petitions at the the end of October 2013 and since than they have transferred my case which was May 13, 2013 so within month and half (up till December 05, 2013) they transferred February to May 13 that's almost 4 months of petitions transferred. So the transfer rate is great. Unfortunately the approval has not been coming in that fast :-( I hope that will be addressed soon as well

Officially? Petitions filed on or before 12 February 2013

Unofficially? Data from VJ indicates that most February filers are already out the door, they are now working on March and April filers willy-nilly and getting ready to throw May and June into the mix within the next month or so.

Why the discrepancy? So that the USCIS can cover their @$$ and not have to do service requests for all of the March and April filers who have been waiting 8 and 9 months.
