I was looking at Van's and Thu's Pasports and noticed the I94 on Vans Daughter will expire 0n Jan 1st. POE Date was Dec 1st. She came here on a K2. But Van's wont expire till March 1st. Should they both be 90 Day's?

K1/K2 Time Line:

2-22-06 I-129F sent to Nebraska Service Center

3-03-06 NOA1 Received In Mail

5-27-06 NOA2 Received In Mail

6-08-06 NVC Received

6-12-06 NVC Sent File To HCMC

8-01-06 Van Received Packet 3

8-02-06 Van turned Back Packet 3 at Consulate.

9-29-06 Van Received Packet 4 in the Mail.

10-23-06 Interview - Passed

12-01-06 POE - San Fransisco, 10 Min Thur Immigration for Van and Thu

AOS Time Line:

2-06-07 K-1-K2 AOS Mailed I-131,I-765 And I-485

2-20-07 NOA K-1-K2 AOS I-131,I-765 And I-485

2-26-07 Received Biometrics appointment notice's

Since you have fulfilled the 90 day requirement by getting married, why not get the AOS started. No sense in waiting if you are already married and want to get all of this immigration stuff behind you.

It's kind of funny that her daughter only had 30 days listed on her I-94. But, since you need to file for AOS anyway, they will just be out of status if the AOS is not completed by the deadlines. Not a big problem, but worth getting it finished anyway.

AOS most likely won't be completed by the I-94 expiration date and also, the 90 days are just to fill the marriage requirement, and it's not an expiration date to file the AOS, so you can go out of status and then file for AOS just fine, although it's recommended to file for AOS as soon as possible.

AOS most likely won't be completed by the I-94 expiration date and also, the 90 days are just to fill the marriage requirement, and it's not an expiration date to file the AOS, so you can go out of status and then file for AOS just fine, although it's recommended to file for AOS as soon as possible.

After reading Thu's Passport again the Year was also wrong. They stamped it Vaild from Dec 1 2006 TILL Jan 1 2006. :wacko:
