Howdy All,

Just a quickie, does anyone know if there is an email address to send a form of readiness too? Also am I right in thinking the DS 156 forms have been replaced? My application has been delayed, by myself, as I wanted to stay in America with my fiance for just a little longer.

My i797 application expires January 5. Am I right in thinking I should have my medical scheduled, and my form of readiness in before this?

London Application.

thanks,

Chris

They will automatically extend your petition if you still want to proceed with the petition.

It is replaced with DS-160 now. Not sure if there's other forms for london embassy but for our embassy it's just DS160 and DS230 Part I.

For London it is DS-160 and Readiness for Interview form, both submitted online. Find the Readiness link here http://london.usembassy.gov/iv/notification_of_applicant_readiness.html

You are supposed to have your documents like police certificate, affidavit of support, etc, as well as a medical appointment scheduled before submitting the Readiness. Also have a new notarized letter of intent from your fiancé to present at the interview if it is past Jan 5 (which it will be). It's a London thing if you want your expired petition. revalidated. Your letter from them told you that.
