Mine took 15 calendar days but it was the old DS3032 format. I'm not sure how fast they accept the DS261 now.

You can always check the CEAC site so you won't miss it. Be pro active this time, ok? ;)

I want to ask that: my brother in the states said he sent the AOS packet already to uscis does that means uscis will forward them to nvc soon or we need to send another to nvc?

I don't know. You have to call NVC and verify if they have that AOS package and if they will accept it.
