You just need to be patient. Nothing you do will help you. The USCIS and NVC CENTER never expedites anything. All you can do is be patient, and let them do the work, you can create a website on CEAC.gov once your I130 is approved, and just wait and see what happens, because they take their time.

We submitted expedite documents to USCIS on Oct 30, and on Nov 4 I got the NOA2 email, Then NVC created our case number on Nov 19, I submitted expedite documents again and on Nov 21 it was approved and sent to Embassy. We are waiting for the interview now.

USCIS I never heard if it was approved or not, they didn't say anything, we just got he NOA2. My assumption is that IF it is approved you would get your NOA2 within 30 days.

Interestingly........ Yesterday the embassy send me a copy of our original I-130, and the APPROVED stamp was dated November 1. So USCIS must have pulled it out and completed it right away.

It all depends on your circumstances, and probably a big part is how the person who receives your expedite documents feels that day.... Hope the best for you.
