This is starting to smell of fraud. I could be wrong but just from what is being posted that is the feeling I am getting. He comes to the US on a K-1. His fiance or maybe it was him ends the relationship. He wants to try to adjust status through his brother. He applies for a job when he is not authorized to work. Now that none of that worked out he is back together with his fiance and getting married to her. Wonder how long after the marriage he will stick around.

Yes, i am sensing that too... i suppose if reversed it and it were the USA "fiancé" was here asking the questions about this situation, I venture to guess we would all be telling her that she is being scammed and run for the hills (which she seemed to be doing)... Seems he is "fishing" for ways to stay and work here anyway possible... Which I might venture was his underlying motivation...

Anyone else here got a feeling that he is going to stay anyway, work illegally for cash and years down the road he will get amnesty?? No one will catch him or bother to deport him. That rarely ever happens.

Hopefully it is true that the US government tracks these forums, but I doubt it since even when fraud is reported they rarely do anything.
