Dear all senior member,

I'd like to ask about my AOS's ref.

When i was submit AOS , my husband don't have job and he live with SSI income and we submit with another joint sponsor as well.

But USCIS said we didn't meet 125% poverty guide line.

But right now my husband going to do own business on this month December and We have some kind of contract for this business.

Should we do file i864 again for my husband ?

Do anyone have experience like my case?

I can't find another new joint sponsor to fulfill 125% poverty guide line.

Thank you for all of your reply.

Appreciate.

Can you copy what the letter actually says (skip the personal info) and we'll try to help you.

Is the joint sponsor's income above 125% for the appropriate household size?

It is not where I breathe but where I love that I live.

Is he able to prove this will be a steady income and is he able to prove how much he earns and that he does actally get the money, like now? Without proofs it will not be accepted for sure. Can you get a different sponsor that meets the poverty guidelines?

A contract for work is not acceptable for proof of income. You really need to try and find a new joint sponsor that does meet the requirement. How big is your joint sponsor's household size? What is their income? What proof of their income did you send? Do they need to use assets to meet the requirement? How much in assets do they have? What proof of the value of the assets did you submit?
