NOA1 is lost or delivered to the wrong address? :(

We didn't get NOA1 by mail , but we did get an email with recipt number on 1st december 2013.Is it possible that our NOA1 is lost or delivered to the wrong address :( Should i worry or just wait for a few more days,and than call USCIS service center?

Depending where its being mailed to it can take 30 to 45cdays. They say allow 30 days. But at least you have receipt number. be sure to register on the USCIS to get text and email going forward.

I would give it another week. I know the Texas Service Center was closed a couple days due to the weather! Good luck!
