No my friend ...any news and since yesterday there was no update and status still says "ready" ...... I don't know what to do hummm

Don't you think it would say Administrative Processing and not Ready if we were in AP??

August 4 2012: filed i130

December 5 2012: noa1

May 8:2013: noa2

June 3 2013: case received at NVC

August 26 2013: AOS package received at NVC

Sept 19 2013: case complete

October 1 2013: interview date received from NVC

Nov 26 2013: interview

Don't you think it would say Administrative Processing and not Ready if we were in AP??

NORMALLY it should show "AP" if we were in Administrative processing but when my baby call DOS they told him that my case is in Administrative processing but I see "ready" on the website so I don't know what to think ....

3/8/2013 -I-129f sent

3/15/2013- NOA1 received

7/12/2013 - RFE text notifications

7/15/2013 - RFE hard copy received

7/19/2013 - RFE sent

7/24/2013 - RFE received by USCIS

7/31/2013 - NOA2 approved

8/5/2013 - NOA2 hard copy received

8/16/2013 - NVC received

8-21-2013 - case number received

8-23-2013 - sent to the embassy

8-27-2013 - Embassy received

9-28-2013 - Packet 3 received in the state by petitioner(my husband now)

10-7-2013 - medical exam done

10-23-2013 - packet 3 sent out

10-29-2013 - packet 4 received

11-21-2013 - interview date(approved)

1-23-2014 - passport received

1-24-2014 - fl LAuderdale intl airport

3-14-2014 - Married

6-17-2014 - AOS / EAD sent out

7-21-2014 - Biometrics appointment

9-4-2014 - EAD approved

9-8-2014 - EAD card received in mail yeahhhhhh / received mail with second biometrics appointment

9-12-2014 - Biometrics done for the 2nd time

9-28-2014 - Interview waiver letter received in mail

4-24-2015 - email received ( residence card in production ) yayyyyy thanks God!!!!!

I am praying for you love that we both hear something by tomorrow!! My baby is so ready to come right now. We just want to start our lives together finally and live like a normal married couple.

Check Haiti Messager's website. My husband is now in the USA and it still says his visa hasn't been issued. Lol. I called that 877917# a billion times after the interview and they kept saying, "You're in AP" "It's being printed" "Just wait". Turns out, it had already left the building as was waiting for him at Haiti Messager. I'm going to try to find the website for you. You type in his last name, interview date, etc and it'll tell you if it's arrived. This is all assuming he was approved and the visa was sent to print.

Hello there,

Can anyone kindly advise

My fiancé had her interview for K1 (fiancee) on Dec 26, 2013 and she was 'Approved' and was told she will get within 7 days.

The website shows no update at all

Says Creation date Nov 04, 2013

Last updated Dec 26,2013

And says READY

Can you kindly share and tips/feedback etc.. thanks a lot
