The wait is killing me... 19 days after the interview visa still not issued..... what happen to them exactly? Why it took so long to receive my passport back ! All I need is to be with my boy wow..... I am just frustrated right now

3/8/2013 -I-129f sent

3/15/2013- NOA1 received

7/12/2013 - RFE text notifications

7/15/2013 - RFE hard copy received

7/19/2013 - RFE sent

7/24/2013 - RFE received by USCIS

7/31/2013 - NOA2 approved

8/5/2013 - NOA2 hard copy received

8/16/2013 - NVC received

8-21-2013 - case number received

8-23-2013 - sent to the embassy

8-27-2013 - Embassy received

9-28-2013 - Packet 3 received in the state by petitioner(my husband now)

10-7-2013 - medical exam done

10-23-2013 - packet 3 sent out

10-29-2013 - packet 4 received

11-21-2013 - interview date(approved)

1-23-2014 - passport received

1-24-2014 - fl LAuderdale intl airport

So not cool!! We are going to be scheduled for our interview soon and I prayyyyyy they speed up the visa printing process by then. So you're not in AP or anything? Ugh! <<insert frown here>> sending many positive thoughts ur way that tomorrow it's FINALLY issued ;-)

Awaiting Oath Ceremony for Citizenship! Last step!

I wish you good luck! It's unfortunate that this is the reality at Haiti Messager. A positive story that could possibly give you hope. My mom interviewed for her IR-5 on Wednesday, November 27, 2013. She received her passport with the visa one day after her scheduled pick up date. Here's a website that you can use to check if your passport has arrived at Haiti messager. www.haitimessager.ht You would need to enter the date the applicant interviewed, his or her last name and the number that is on the small card attached to the copy of the passport that the consulate gave the applicant to go claim the passport. Also you might want to check on ceac.state.gov to see whether or not the visa was issued.

Thanks to you guys for triyng to help me.....on the ceac website the status is still ready but the date have been updated 4 times and the last time was yesterday ...... I really don't know why it took so long ... My baby call DOS and they told him that we just have to wait ..I am so sad right now!

I am in the exact same boat as you. My husband's interview was in Kingston Jamaica on November 26th and he was approved and we are still waiting on the damn visa. CEAC status is stuck on Ready but its updated EVERY day. I call DOS and they just say the case is pending. I am going so crazy here waiting. They say everything is normal and there are no problems but I am so worried. Let's just hang in there together and we will get through this :-)

May 8:2013: noa2

June 3 2013: case received at NVC

August 26 2013: AOS package received at NVC

Sept 19 2013: case complete

October 1 2013: interview date received from NVC

FROM I-129f NOA1 to VISA APPROVAL: Exactly 8 months! No RFEs

Our AOS Process

July 16, 2013 -- Mailed AOS, EAD, and AP Paperwork to December 21, 2013 -- Received GC Card in the Mail!

FROM NOA1 to GREEN CARD in Hand: Exactly 4 months 27 days! No Interview or RFEs.

Our ROC Process

September 21, 2015 -- Mailed ROC Paperwork to August 6, 2016 -- Received Card in the Mail!

FROM NOA1 to GREEN CARD in Hand: Exactly 10 months 10 days! No Interview or RFEs.

Our {His} N-400 Process

Eligible to Apply for Citizenship on September 14, 2016.

October 4, 2016 -- Mailed N-400 Paperwork.

November 8, 2016 -- Completed Biometrics.

May 6, 2017 -- Received Interview Letter in the Mail.

June 8, 2017 -- Interview Passed!

June 16, 2017 -- Oath Ceremony! He is a USC!!

I'm here and my fiance got his passport on the 3thd he came here the next day.Everything went great,they gave him a little white card with the entry stamp on it.The next step is to apply for his social.I'll keep praying for you & let us know how things are going.
