Is being asked by the CO if the petitioner sends money to the beneficiary, and beneficiary answering "Yes", a negative point for the case?

Why would that be negative point? Sending money is normal if the other is schooling or their pay is just too low. If you are afraid that is a negative, just don't submit that as a proof

It's considered neutral at best and negative at worst. It can be seen as possibly trying to buy the the fiance and/or that the fiance is trying to scam money out of the petitioner.

Its is always suggested to not include this.

It's perfectly okay.

Lots of people send money to their fiancées to help with expenses.

Pakistan is not a rich country. It can be expensive for your fiancée to travel and get documents. It may require hotel stays.

You may even want to improve her living conditions until she gets here.

Not unusual to help the love of your life.

All the Vietnamese guys I know that have gone back to get brides have sent some money over there. It's normal for us Vietnamese to send remittances to Vietnam to family. And I definitely would consider my fiancée as a family member in the moral sense because this is the woman who will be my wife and the mother of my children. Why would I not send her money to make her life better until she gets here?

sending money to beneficiary won't issue any problems for your case.....my fiance send me every months for supporting me because he doesn't want me to work hard get low salary.plus,check receipts will be evidence for supporting your fiance/fiancee

Money transfers are bad news at some consulates, At consulates where it is NOT a red flag it is usually of little value as evidence of relationship and there is no need to mention it.

My lawyer told me that in his opinion, sending money to the beneficiary is good evidence of a serious and real relationship. And it's evidence that the beneficiary isn't paying you to bring her/him here.
