this is very good forum and got valuable information. I have been selected for DV 2014. Now I want to process futher myself without agent or consultant. I am married

and have kid of two month not included during dv application last year since not born that time but wife info was included. My case. number is around 2k last figure and my country quota is 4k. Now my question is that what forms and how many copies hard soft do i need to fill and send. am I late in processing? since some from my place getting interview done. Can i get sample of ds230 form online to fill it correctly. i need to make sure i filled correctly all value before i send. Consultant here doing nice business and making dv people big thing and claiming your small mistake will lead you deny of 2 letter to pull money and charge are high with not much support. please help me. sorry for wrong typo since using mobile. thanks

The baby will need the same forms as you and your wife. Hope you get her/him passport already.

Gather your birth certificates and marriage proof for all parties. Get your proof of qualifying education for the winner. Check the visa bulltin for the current number in your region.

thanks for your valuable information. I got birth and marriage certificate and translation as well. All passport i. progress my country take 3 month to issue passport. Do i need to send these documents photo copy with ds 230 for. to kentukey for 2nd letter. thanks all for help

You only need to send copies in respect of the new derivative who wasn't on the original application - they already have your wife in the application, so you must send copy of birth certificate for the baby, along with DS230s for all of you and your DS122. Then just wait for interview notification. Copies of everything as well as originals to be taken to interview.
