no welome letter and green card since 2 month

I am in US, reached here 2 months ago. How long it will take to get my green card. Yet i did not get my welcome letter.
Is there any way to track our green card or to know the status?

First did you pay the $165 Visa processing fee on the Elis system?

Have you called USCIS to find out the issue?

have you received your SS card yet?

yes i paid it before my jfk poe

i did not call uscis

When you look at your case on USCIS website what does it say? You need to be calling USCIS they are the only ones who know. Maybe it was returned who knows call and find out.

I suggest you check out the ELIS system again, and read the ELIS topic here at VJ.

It may very well be, that you have to contact an ISO at USCIS. The ELIS system is somewhat broken, alas.

Hubby entered on November 1st and we're still waiting on his as well. I tried calling USCIS, because I have no way of tracking it online as NONE of the numbers we have work. I called and spoke to someone who said to look for and IOE number on the acknowledgement of paying the 165.00 fee, but there isn't an IOE number on there. So they told me hubby has to call the number and they'll talk to him. I was only calling because we are moving on Friday, and I want to be sure we change his address. What a royal pain in the butt!
