Hi everyone,

well, me and my daughter's medical is tomorrow morning!!!!

Im feeling rather apprehensive, not quite sure why, guess its just another hurdle to

get past.

Fortunatley (or unfortunatley!), Im a Londoner, so its only 20 minutes on the bus to

Oxford Street, so wont need to panick about the journey.. but the nerves are kicking in,

none the less!

the I134 and supporting documents are hovering somewhere over the Atlantic, so I

should be able to send in my checklist soon, Royal Mail permitting..

1 step closer eh?

Merry Christmas to everyone, think I'll squeeze in a spot of retail therapy, whilst in the West

End, if my nerves can handle it!

All the best to everyone.

Well, that was pretty painless, apart from the £240!!! ...lol

And you were right, Oxford Street was far more stressful!!

All in all, we were in and out in 50 minutes. First thing was my XRay and then a few minutes wait before we were called in for the 'EXAM'...yikes

the doctor was very friendly, but I was slightly worried when she started asking my daughter questions in order to check that she is developing normally, like D.O.B, place of birth, who she wanted to win X Factor, etc...

the only mildly uncomfortable thing was the checking in my underwear, to make sure I wasnt packing a sausage, (that Im a Chloe, not a Joey)... but other than that, nothing to worry about.

Im glad I had my GP do our vaccinations before we went, as that saved time and money.

My daughter has had 2 shots of Hep B, waiting for the 3rd and this seemed to be fine.

Good luck to everybody wherever they are on their journeys and a Merry Christmas!!!!

x Chloe
