Congrats for all those who got approvals !! Iam also a dec filer.i got approval only last week.My pd was dec 23,2013.On sept 2 i got an update from uscis that they have sent my case to NVC. so my next journey is in NVC.like to be part of all this group...And to those who dint get approvals yet,pls hope the best.I hope all dec filers gets approved by this month....Good luck to all !!!

You guys will not get transferred cause your files are going/went to the service centers directly from the Lockbox. So it's Lockbox-> Service Center That's the way it used to be up until August 2

Hmm, I think what can you do now is wait patiently for NVC to receive it ( it took 3 weeks for me ) and in meanwhile start to prepare docs for aos and IV package..

Thanks Nanana! hope we will have smooth process at NVC stage. any idea how long its taking now at NVC.

Currently it takes 3-5months at nvc, but I believe that new changes should make this time shorter :) maybe 3?we will see :D plus the time to interview of course...

Our i129f is also approved, mail received . . .

I know i129f will be closed at NVC stage but if anybody can advice a way so we could follow i129f instead of 130?

Hey axs my stepson is at NVC on standby. Am am delaying my stepson paperwork until my husband could caught up. Still waiting on hubby at USCIS security check. and good luck to everyone that was approve today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
