You guys will not get transferred cause your files are going/went to the service centers directly from the Lockbox. So it's Lockbox-> Service Center That's the way it used to be up until August 2

9 month and 2 days since NOA1 received. :(

FBI granted power to delay citizenship for Muslims

Citizenship Agency Faulted Over Delays for Muslim Applicants

Those were the headlines in media in Aug 2013 when Aclusocal used the right of Freedom of Information and got information about how USCIS and BCU (Backgournd check unit) using CARRP (Controlled Application Review and Resolution Program) is dealing with applications after a pattern was found in denial and delays of Muslim applications.

hope we could caught up with you nanana. Yes I've heard about the changes. Maybe with the price increases they can afford more workers to process all of our petition more sufficiently. Good Luck at NVC

m not able to find news for AOS and IV package....can you guide me where it is?

here you go my dear http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/Submit_documents.html

"After you collect your Affidavit of Support form(s) and financial evidence in Step 4, and supporting documents in Step 5, you must submit all of the documents in ONE package to the NVC. Your case may be significantly delayed if you fail to submit all of your documents in one package."

the steps in nvc are different now a little, in short way it will look this way :

choose an agent (ds261)

pay fees

submit ds - 260

send aos and IV in ONE package

and wait for CC.

Hi all, Still not approved yet.

Have filed second service request last Friday! Luckily my husband was over in London in August and we had a lovely holiday to the south of France. Otherwise I would be ripping my hair out by now.

Hopefully we see many approvals this week

I am sorry you are waiting this long too. I can not understand why is taking so long. Today was my 86 day from my RFE response on June 16 for my I-130s. I submitted a service request on Sept 8, hopefully I can hear some good news soon ;-)
