now that i'm at NBC and no longer mesquite, i see they have a 130 processing date of nov 2013, i'm a wee bit shaky that that things aren't going to be a quick as i thought. am i to believe we're back in the back of the bus??

trying to get a better outlook on this but at times its tricky....you know.

Yes Mrs THB, we are still with NSC, and you are not in back of the bus, there are couple of Nov fillers and few dozens of Dec fillers still left but for a reason,

Edit: Sorry i didnt know you are with NBC, its really bad if they have the processing date of NOV, they are heavily backlogged then, if that is the case then you can not do anything until they start processing your PD.

BTW why you are with NBC now?

on more serious note, no.

but the I797C we got on friday says "to speed up processing the above case has been transferred to another uscis office. uscis-nbc lee's summit, mo." so, we are hoping this is the real reason.

when looking at vj's timelines for 130's it says NBC is processing nov 6, 2013 right now. however, it also says TSC is at Mar 12, 2014. i cannot access stats on uscis for nbc.

hence, why i asked if we're our case would be put to the back of the bus???

also, when looking at the last 550 updated I130 timelines, i see only 1 case transferred to NBC and it took them 538 days to get CC. this was a transfer from CSC. I stopped looking past aug 5 updates.

i'm trying to keep my spirits positive and praying transferring to the nbc and the case i listed above has no bearing on ours.

glass is half full today. and, i'm praying for everyone!!!

Hello Everyone,

VSC recevied our RFE response on 11th July, 1 month and 7 days today. We are still waiting for approval. We have kept a lawyer who is telling us to wait.

What is the VSC email address? I want to email them directly. What should I do now?

Please help.
