Well maybe you should read of what i wrote to Mrs. California Luv instead... Honey,I've done that..and I did my research as well..BTW i posted on this forum months ago but no one replied...so as you may see I'm not here recently..I've been on her for quite some time. and as I mentioned to CL..I did that, even with us December I-129F filers! You're actually the one getting frustrated about me not liking or agreeing to your Little list.

and FYI: I'm a DECEMBER filer aswell..maybe the one who needs to do some research is you.

First that is not my list, second no one updates the time lines or list 100% but even then its gives you some idea.

If you are the December filler as-well and i need some research then why are you asking question at first place, you should already have all the answers no?

axs is not mad, it's just the way axs is :D

it was my worst fear, to be stuck while the rest would be on their way. who would have thought that so many december filers would have to go through this? had we filed in march or april we'd be at nvc already ... it's hard to remain positive.

my wife and i are running out of answers to the kids asking daily (hourly!) "when are we going to americaaaaa?" ... my youngest son has started to bite his nails (he's almost 5) and when we asked him why he said because he's sad we are not going anywhere. this plus other signs of anxiety from him makes us even more angry at this whole process. ......sorry i needed to vent a little .....

Yes, California Luv,

I agree...I mean it also depends on LUCK!!! Some would get their cases approved rather quickly..I remember getting frustrated about recent filers getting approved before us Dec. K1 Visa filers.. I wanted to pull on my Curly hair. But what did i do? I contacted my State senators and Congressman, I placed Online Service Requests, I also called in to put up new service requests, I e-mailed some people at USCIS..I did everything i could to get my case approved. Did you contacted your State Senators/Congressman?

When i said you need some research, It's because you are saying US DECEMBER FILERS are not going to fight with others..Honey , as you can see, You need some research because My timeline and on my signature, it says DECEMBER I-129F...maybe it's not the same petition as you guys but I'm still a December filer...and Yes, I have the answers to some but as I repeat, You just don't like to hear the truth,

1) I came here to actually get an updated list for my personal self of those still waiting,

2) Wanted to ask you guys if you contacted your state senators and Congressman?

3) Did you guys write to those working at USCIS?

But never mind, I know why you guys did not get approved..because you guys are sitting there without takign the neccesarry steps to contacting people to help you out. Instead, you guys are just waiting and waiting thinking that it might do you some good.. Guess,if you don't like getting help from others then I won't help you guys!

When you have to write an essay for your argument then it means you are losing it, simple.

Why you are asking if you feel that your are also Dec Filler (Proudly lmoa) and know every thing...oh you repeat even though you have answers ...dont you think it makes you look dumb when you ask same question answered to you already ???

come up with a good explanation

At least your friend got an RFE and knows or will know what is needed. Many of us don't even know what the hold up is the only thing we know is that were on security check or what ever it is. AXS is correct the chart is only an estimate of how many who are visa jouney members are still pending NOA2 am pretty sure there are alot more Dec filers out there. Let's stay at peace because we have way more things ro stress over right now.

Mrs. California Luv,

I'm not Zach..I'm Katiuska (Beneficiary), and as I mentioned on my previous post, I said I wish to pull my curly hair out..that is me actually trying to point out that I'm the girl in the picture...and as I mentioned on my Signature *I am the beneficiary*..

And Yes, my advice, if you like to take it or not, is to contact your state Senators and better yet Your Congressman...They do help!!! They put up 2 Congressional Inquiries on my case...and a week later they contacted me saying that... USCIS/TSC told them that I would be receiving approval in one week or 2. Which I did..

And, before you guys mention about my Indian friend not doing so..It's because She's the beneficiary and her husband doesn't want to . It's complicated...Just living it there!

Welcome,

And you mean I'm correct about the Chart , this whole fighting started because I told him that that chart wasn't accurate...He just got mad because he didn't like my opinion..My friend got an RFE because I sent an E-mail on her behalf to some people at the USCIS..which thanks to that, they took a look at her case. It's been 2 weeks since she submitted her RFE evidence.
