You guys will not get transferred cause your files are going/went to the service centers directly from the Lockbox. So it's Lockbox-> Service Center That's the way it used to be up until August 2

Status went back to acceptance from june 30 even after I sent in rfe... Wednesday will be 8 months of nothing at all.

I sent the RFE response to VSC for my wife's and daughter's I-130 back in June 16 and have not heard or been approved either.

I was fortunate enough to get my I-129F K3 approved at USCIS TSC in July 11, they sent it to NVC and then routed to the embassy and we have an interview date for Sep 3.

I hope your approval comes soon. I know it has to be hard to wait, but I really wish you get an answer soon :-)

I recently paid my AOS fee but wasn't aware that I had to sent the packet myself, so I'm doing that tomorrow.

The problem is I'm using a joint sponsor, so for the packet what exactly would I need to include?
