You guys will not get transferred cause your files are going/went to the service centers directly from the Lockbox. So it's Lockbox-> Service Center That's the way it used to be up until August 2

Let's all hang in there. I know my husband and I have been arguing a bit lately but we both know that there is nothing we can do to speed up the process. I have an Info pass scheduled on Aug 13. Hope they can give me some answers.. I know we're all frustrated but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully our cases will be approved soon!

Sooooo ... I just received a reply to me e-request and it's the same "security checks not cleared" and same "cannot provide a specific date". How nice.

Keep hanging in there....one day it will happen and all the world will rejoice with you :)!!!

On the bright side....NVC is moving slower than molasses in January....doesn't look like anyone of us are going anywhere soon, so best be we stay amongst familiar fish rather than out in the big sea.

Anyone hear any good jokes lately???

I have no first hand info on this but from what I have seen in these forums an approval is usually not too far away from a transfer. Fingers crossed for you :)

ah, thanks!

although i'm not expecting an approval soon we are extremely curious why our case was transferred to a local office (which hasn't been disclosed yet via email or hard copy but from research we're suspecting its his city). it doesn't appear that anyone else has experienced this but we are aching to know more. it's also is not apparent to us that other cases from tsc or in our timeframe have been transferred. totally weird.

we've been out on a road trip (sturgis) these past days....we're home now and will be contacting uscis, again, tomorrow to find out more. i suspect, however, we'll get the same runaround.

in the meantime, I'm prayin' for ya'all!
