Let's all hang in there! I know I keep thinking it's going to be this week for NOA2, but no response...

There have been so many approvals before mine and I'm getting very anxious!

8 months are sufficient i believe, 5 normal time + 3 for additional review :(

Even then no approval :(

We have received your inquiry stating that you believe your case is beyond our projected processing times. USCIS makes every effort to process cases within the projected timeframes and in the order in which they were received; however, your case has not cleared all required security checks at this time. We cannot provide a specific date on which a final decision will be made on your case. We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.

It looks like I'm gonna keep on waiting. .

This wait is just horrible. You would think that they would start approving some of our I-130's.

I still don't understand what the hold up is.. additional review..

I have scheduled Info pass for the Aug 13. Should I go and see what they have to say or should I just keep waiting?

The waiting period is very hard especially when we're newlyweds and haven't seen each other in 7 months.

So true, its horrible, have to work hard to keep ourselves positive.

InfoPass experience for me was not good at all. You can try your luck may be you get some one good.

But they give least possible information. I believe that's how they earn Pay Raise Points.
