Hello,,, how many of you are waiting for NOA2..my friend is doing a spouse visa and got her NOA1 on december 23rd and got an RFE like 2 weeks ago...she lost hope.

dont lose hope, send RFE back ASAP and you will get approved. Some time its better to get RFE than just waiting like us... No clue :( my NOA1 PD Dec, 4, 2013 and still waiting for NOA2

You guys will not get transferred cause your files are going/went to the service centers directly from the Lockbox. So it's Lockbox-> Service Center That's the way it used to be up until August 2

That logo "axs" is not my creation, i was going to design one for my profile and then i goolged it and found this one exactly matching with my VJ username, so i am using it.

APPROVED finally, so happy :)) status changed to RFE response review on 8th July and got my approval on 23rd ! only online status changed yet.

used this very cool app on my windows phone which instantly gave me a notification as soon as the status got updated online :D

so we got our SR response and it says "... we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 6 months from this letter, please call customer service at the number provided below. "

great ! Nebraska is the best in sending meaningless full of c r a p messages.

i am not waiting 6 months before contacting them again...
