My case is now in 7 months, 10 days (222 days) . Still waiting for response :(

Hang on dear, you at least had an RFE, there are people who are waiting without any action what so ever. you gonna get approval pretty soon

Im with dec 23,2013 as pd.got rfe in status on june 27.amd got the hardcopy aftr 3 weeks.we replied asap.its been 3 weeks now.I have no idea with whats goin on with dec filers.im so worried.there was a hope that ill get interview date on decemeber 2014.even that hope is lost.Did all the dec filers got approval?? Why is that january and february filers getting approval when dec are waiting.Mine is nebraska.Im just heartbroken.Friends ,why are we not getting approval?

Nebraska is overloaded, that's why they are transferring application post Feb 15 (aprox) to other centers. Jan and Feb filers are getting approvals just because Nebraska wants to maintain its announced avg. processing time (5 months).

Its been almost 8 months for me (7 and half precisely) and no clue. Hope to get good new this week. :)

No my lawyer called and they said we are not able to put in a service request. I emailed my lawyer again today to say that others who filed same time ago have filed service requests.

I am have noticed some of the users on Dec spreadsheet have not been online for months (some since May). If I go through and see when they were last online we should maybe remove those who haven't logged on in months as they may be approved by now. Alternatively we could put notes by their line.

This is ridiculous. My application is at Nebraska since 12/24. I changed my address on 4/29 and alien registration number was changed on 6/16. Tier 2 said my application was assigned to an officer on 6/23. For some reason on 7/8, the last processing action was changed back to my address changed. I could file a service request on 7/10 but havent heard anything back. I'm tempted to call them again today but i dont know if they'll have any updates.
