Well tomorrow is my anniversary, and the best present ever right now would be an email saying our I-130 was approve. It doesn't hurt to dream a little.

I have noticed that there are 29 approvals from NSC, but I can't tell who the most recent approvals are

No my lawyer said she called and they told her we are within the timeframe and are unable to submit a service request. We filed on 23rd Dec. DO you think we will be able to file now?

Yes i think so...

formula is

Service center processing time + 1 month

and it becomes 6 months...i believe you should be able to file service request.after 23rd of june you were OK to file..

OMG guys i swear God every time I come here I wish to hear that more people were approved....I can't believe that USCIS is treating real feelings like that. It's so frustrating! I just pray for all of us, that even with all this craziness going on, still believe and fight for love.

NOA1 on 1.2, got Request Of Evidence: a photocopy of the Household Registry reflecting the enter of the marriage? So do I need to get the whole household registry translated or just the page that shows my entry into marriage? Thx

my fellow DEC fillers by now we should me undergoing nvc problems. not USCIS I pray for all that re still waiting for approval to get it today.since I was approved I HV not heard any news from nvc and no number to call them with these whole process sucks

Did USCIS notify you that they sent your file?

If not, your case might just still wait in Nebraska.

We were approved June 5th and they sent out our case June 13th only and NVC recieved it June 25th. Then they assigned a number to our case July 11th and we could pay AOS fee right away.

So it took more than a month after NOA2 to have a case assigned in NVC.

All this process is a joke.

We wrote a letter to Obama end of May. Not to ask about our case, but so that he changes the delay for family reunion for his citizens. Telling him if it is a question of budget we would be more than glad to pay a bit more to have the whole process completed in weeks not months. Because during the separation our spending is more than double (two households and air tickets)

We just received an answer, summarizing our immigration timeline... Things we already knew!

We are definitly going to write him again...waiting more than 6/7 months just to have some guys checked what you sent is ... There are no words for that.

hope you've taken some action. you have no timeline so its hard to tell.

waiting 222 days is just not right!!!
