what does it mean ,bad or good ?

Good! For uscis you only needed copies in which they probably made the copies themselves and return your original for the next step which is NVC where they know you will need the originals. Good luck Edited July 16, 2014 by CBO

Still not much happening for us still waiting. Out of the forty numbers with the same PD as mine I have been watching, in the last seven days only ONE got approved yesterday.

Earlier this week I noticed only half of us from Dec have been approved while Jan and Feb are being approved left and right.

What gives???

too all of you still waiting - I think you should try to put a Service Requests if you haven't done it yet, if it doesn't work, contact your senators or congressmen and after this steps write to ombudsman, white house and all other "important" people.

We can't let them to forget about us.

it is outrages what is going on !

I've been watching the feb filers (i'm on the cusp of jan and feb) and many are getting approved. seems they're nabraska transfers over to california. what gives with this? why are feb filers getting preference over dec filers? argh! i need to give myself a big kick in the head for putting so much faith in law and order!!!

Senator - useless, but it might be different with yours. still waiting for a response from congressman and SR we put last week. after that ombudsman and others.

Yeah, i have same route in my mind, but trust me, i have a strong feeling that whatever we do, its not gonna change our timeline If we are bound to wait for some time, any thing like Service Request, Infopass, Congress Man not gonna play any role other than keeping you busy.

Its just a tactic to buy time gracefully. That's why they do not give us exact track of our case

I don't like to be passive, I know that we have nothing to say when it comes to our lives and that some random dude is going to decide if I can be with my husband and when, but still I need to do something, do some action..

I hate living in a limbo.

it is not cool to be treated like that. I haven't seen my husband since February and probably won't till I am in us (if I ever get there ) nvc takes these days 3to5months plus interview, so we are looking at another 7months of this process, another 7 months being apart and in the limbo..

it is not easy to stay positive all the time when I know what is waiting ahead, but I am trying

Server Request response says that case is in additional review and mostly in additional review they perform extra security checks.

And nanana is right: now nvc is also slow and then interview really hard to stay positive...
