Hi

.

Today i got request of additional evidence notice , states

"The marriage certificate you submitted in support of your petition is , alone not sufficient evidence of your marriage .You must also submit a photocopy of the nikkah nama .If nikkah nama is not in english, you must also submit a complete English translation "

I have already submitted marriage certificate in English.They are looking for nikkah nama. I am not understand what actually they are looking for.

Can any one guide me

yes, they need the URDU version Nikah Nama written on the day of marriage and bride and groom sign on it. You should provide its photo copy and its translation in English. Provide attested photocopies. Dont send them original.

Documents to send:

Attested Photo copy of URDU Nikah nama

Attested Translation of Urdu Nikah Nama.

Notary Public Attestation will work.

I am still confused about english version. Need all signature on english version too or just send simple translation with all details?

Because it takes time to find witness,marriage solemanized etc.

Hi all.

Last Friday my husband wrote a letter to his senator in the US asking for further analysis with our case (our main concern is that on Feb 4th the alien number changed but nothing happened so far).

Today we received a reply from the senator's office asking for more information about the case.

I'm praying with all my heart that they can really help. This whole wait is so stressful and frustrating, I can't wait to have my normal married life back!

Good luck to all of us, let's keep the prayers strong.

I checked my case status online today and saw it was shipped to NVC. (I still didnt get an update via email or text even though I signed up for it.)

On June 19, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

do i need to send the form using DHL with migh take so long
or i will just sign it and scan it and send it to my wife ???

never send the scan copy. i got RFE on sending them scan copy. so sign it send it to your wife as soon as possible. send by DHL express it will take 2-3 days. and from usa your wife can send it by one day. this way u can save time..

congrats to every approval :idea: .still waiting for mine don't really understand how Nebraska works. they keep skipping dates, all around me re approved. God I need ur help want to be with my hubby at our anniversary but tht seems impossible, let me hope on December period :clock::ranting:

Don't worry our time is coming. My PD date is Dec 5 just before yours. I don't know how there working but am just praying.
