california_luv I was really hoping you will get approved right away after this message of arn change! but they are taking their sweet time to be slow as much as possible. s u c k s !

in my box of 200 cases around my case "only" 25 left with case status that still says Initial Review.. ( I should say among 100 cases because the other 100 of numbers are not I130) .. so I am not the only one with my PD that is still waiting.. :(

It does suck however that it seems like NSC has left a big gap in their approvals from December 3-12 :huh:

Our I-130 was approved yesterday 06/17/2014!!! Now waiting for NOA2 to arrive in mail and getting ready for NVC stage!!!

we can't file e-request , We did one on May 19th and now it says that we need to wait 30days from the date of filing the previous one, so maybe tomorrow, infopass is not an option for us, because the nearest office is more than 2houres drive from my hubby's city and he has to work (busy season) so there is no way he could find time to go for one :( and the tiers on the phone give us c r a p all the time..

that is so depressing.. and so annoying to see how they jump around and continue to skip us !

but hang in there folks! we are getting closer!
