My priority date is 09 December ,2013 . Its over 6 month now. I am still not able to submit e request.

I got the message "Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage."

I am in the same situation you are. I received and email yesterday that an RFE is on its way for my two I-130s. I hope they don't ask us for too much... Hang in there Azim, once we give them what they need we should be okay. Cheer up!!! :-)

What is the difference here? Additional evidence vs initial evidence. Cocolucho which one you got?

initial Evidence? for me it was request for evidence . as far as i know when ever they ask for Initial evidence .it is a original certificates they looking for.(birth,marriage .,divorce paper) it can be anything original

initial Evidence? for me it was request for evidence . as far as i know when ever they ask for Initial evidence .it is a original certificates they looking for.(birth,marriage .,divorce paper) it can be anything original

For the proof of bonafide relationship, we sent wedding pictures, pre wedding pictures. We dont have joint account yet or name in lease. So she added me as a beneficiary in her retirement benefits. We sent a proof of that. If they ask more proof of relationship , what can we show? I am confused, thanks for your help.

What type of evidence they are required , so prepare before get hard copy of notice. How much time it takes to get hard copy of notice.

there is one for all people that are in NVC right now, every each month Saylin opens a new one and then it's closed in the end of month and she opens a new for a new month and so on.

there is nothing you can do about it now, just wait for a hard copy in the mail and you will know what they want. don't overthink it I hope it's something easy too !

It seems as though they did move on and are approving later pd's. My PD is Dec 5 and am still waiting. This really sucks, but congratulation to all of you that has been approve. I hope NVC doesn't do the same as Nebraska.

I had guests that came to my engagement and wedding write an affidavit of support I had only 4-5 letters with them signed and I had them get it notarized (you don't need it notarized, but I did anyways).

Along with that I sent pictures of engagement, reception, and male side reception party. My marriage Certificate copies, and evidence of my phone bill showing her name on it. and couple of pages of Skype showing our Skype log from various dates each month (approx. 20 pages, with a note saying our conversations before marriage was total of 900 pages).
