Congrats to all who have gotten approvals on their cases recently....I am still waiting on my case to be approved, filed on dec 5 in Vermont Center......any Vermont Center filers got approvals?

CONGRATS!! I kinda wanted to start calling and bugging my lawyer and everyone so they can look into my case but just gotta keep waiting it out ? But A BIG CONGRATS to everyone that recently got approved!! ?

It doesn't hurt to bug your attorney to remind them to look into it (as long as you are paying on a flat rate, that is). I am not sure they can do much until USCIS changes their internal dates, but at least they will have it on their radar if they don't already.

Thanks! I went ahead and emailed my lawyer so they can start looking into this. Hope to get good news this week and that all the remaining December filers hear about their case soon also!!

Well tomorrow starts a new week. Let's hope USCIS work their butts off and start approving all of us! Because this is torture. For all of you that has been approve CONGRATULATION I just hope our turn is coming soon.

it's a torture! you are so right and Your PD is the same as mine so we can get the noa2 together maybe even today? would be amazing !

from this 200 numbers that my friend is checking for me with script only 34 have no approval yet including me!

ow and my hubby called uscis last Friday and they told him that we are not assigned to officer yet (in other words: we are still collecting dust) and SR can't be put because of the official date they are working on - Dec 3rd . BS.

I hope this week will bring all of us Joy we've waited for too long..

Godwilling our <nOA2 will be approved soon; but I am not sure of what papers next i need to be ready to file I am spending my last day in Morocco with my husband is there any paper I should get from him before I leave.... just wanna double check Thank you for all the advice and support this feed gives.

I hope so nanana I will be rooting for your approval; however, I was able to do a SR on Wednesday June 4. I believe there is a trick to it. I kept trying throught the day and it would not allow me, but when I tried later on that night online I was able to do it, but it said I would not receive a response until June 26, am hoping for an approval before a response on our SR. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow I just saw someone with PD 5/9/14 get approve from the California Service Center. I am happy for them and this is with no expedite. Can anyone tell me how does USCIS work, because many of us has been waiting for months!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and people applying months after us are getting approve. How is that?

the IV package is all about your husband but I believe he will have to send you later a PCC anyways ( don't get it till you are at nvc because of the expiration date, it is different for each country/embassy ) .

ow E-request, we did that one 2-3 weeks ago and we got response that we are in line to be reviewed by an officer and if after 60 days we don't get anything in mail then we can contact again .. ya so I hope you will get noa2 before you get a shi tty answer as we got.

and no one knows how uscis works.. it's all about numbers for them..

aaw nanana I hope you will have good news to share this week. My PD is Dec 3rd but I have looked at several numbers before mine out of about 20, only 3 were approved, one was an expedite from January, and two were approved 2 days ago. I tried to file an e service request and was not able to. I got this:

"Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time"

seriously USCIS sucks!

Does anyone know what time the notifications go out for Approvals/RFEs from TSC?

I am so frustrated, I just received emails RFEs this morning for both applications I submitted for my wife and daughter at TSC. So after 6 months and 3 days they need more information? I wonder if they lost documents along the way after they got transfered from VSC to TSC. All I can do now is wait to receive the letters and see what they need.
