You are totally right, it is one month past processing time on their system. Yeah too lame!!! Just keep your hopes up. People are getting approved back and forth. Maybe we are next very soon :-)

It's actually not 6 months - it's approximately 1 month past the reported processing time (which would be 6 months). But, there's a catch (which is why I couldn't file a service request). Your PD has to be later than the official date they are working on, which I found out was slightly more than 6 months. When our attorney's office tried to file a service request on Thursday (June 5, which was 6 months after our 12/5 PD) they couldn't because the official date they were working on at NSC was 12/3. So even if they are working on a later date, which they seem to be, it's still limited by what their official date is.

Lame, isn't it?

my PD is Dec 5 and was able to put in a service request on the 4th. I tried couple of times and would not let me and later on that night i tried and it went through

I've just went online to check my status on uscis website and this appeared:

Case Status Retrieval Failed

To view the status of a case, please enter the corresponding application receipt number. The 13-character application receipt number can be found on application notices you have received from the USCIS. It begins with three letters such as (EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC). Dashes ("-") should be omitted when entering a receipt number. However, all other characters, including asterisks ("*"), can be included if listed on your notice as part of the receipt number.

I opened new pages and I double checked every number of my receipt and I just don't know what's going on.

Do you think is just a mistake on the website?? Can someone pls check yr case online to see what you get?? Thanks
