My hubby also called today and they said NSC is working on dec 3rd and our pd is 26.

What is weird is that our allien number was changed in February 4th and nothing changed until now :/

It's a bit frustrating...my husband is confident that soon we'll hear from them, but I don't wanna keep my hopes up...

Well my opinion is that all of the centers are kinda doing their own thing and it all depends on each individual case on how fast they are approved and when the people working on them are able to get to the next case in the stack...i did call though a couple days ago to try and figure out what my husbands a# was, he is the beneficiary..didnt get very far but i did let them know our case was outside processing times now and the rep tried to put thru a service request that supposedly didnt work for some reason..that was monday and today it was approved..so my advice would be to keep calling and puttng pressure on them.

5000 total december application or 5000 up today?

They told me 5000 aplications received total in dec but not all are i-130s & he told me to wait for a response this month and if I dont get an update I need to call them again so they can do a service request. So just gotta be patient. Also they answered the phone very quick i was on hold for like 2mins than I got him he was going to do service request and said the system wouldnt let him and thats when he gave me the last one they worked on. So just gotta wait a little but longer but at least they're working on December ones

My PD is Dec 12th so I'm still within processing time so I can't call them yet. But let's hope its approved before I have to put in any sort of service request to them. On the 29th of May my wife's ARN# changed.

I just got off of the phone with USCIS and the lady was so nice to tell me that Nebraska Service Center is working December 3, 2013.

Hello all i have been following this forum since i started this process. My i130 was approved today from vsc! Priority date 23rd! Dont lose hope anyone..i just got the message that ar# was updated last week and this week, the approval! They are coming guys!

Our PD is Dec 3rd and we are at NSC, but for some reason I just don't expect to hear from them anytime soon. We tried to call about two weeks ago and they said that they were working on Nov 5th and could not file a service request for us at that time. I think they update it once a month, so theoretically speaking most of us would not be able to file a service request until a month from now (give or take a few days). I want to get my husband to call them but he has a major exam tomorrow. He failed a course and is retaking the exam. Hopefully he will pass and graduate so we can move on with our lives. We have a lot going on right now and USCIS has been put on the back burner for some time. nanana I have a feeling you may hear from them in a matter of days. We may call them tomorrow and see what they say.

Been checking the USCIS website every day since we filed, priority date December 9th. Also been checking the case numbers before us and after us, and today I saw that the 3rd case number before us got approved, and the 2nd before us had an alien registration number assigned to it, hopefully an approval is imminent!
