Im so happy !!!!!! got amazing news this morning we have been approved!! NOA2 was sent to my hubbies american address again like others no e-mail just a surprise in the mail.

our priority date was 31st dec and we were at the TSC. so less then expected.

I hope the rest of you get approved soon there is alot of movement. now to work out the next step at NVC.

Hi all! My i130 is in Nebraska and our NOA1 was in dec 26. So hopefully in the next weeks we'll hear something from them. Congrats to all the approvals and faith to the waiting ones!

Hi all...I am an avid reader on this forum and have been very passive. The only reason I created an account is to give people some hope that TSC is starting to move along. Today I just received my NOA2 and my priority date was Dec 31st. The time is within the 5 month period as they "promised." Hang in there guys...your time will come soon!

Now it's time to get everything ready to send it off to NVC!

Good news!! They're working on it.... We just got approved, too!!!!!!!! Our priority date was Dec. 10th and we were at NSC... 168 days!! Hang in there everyone........... it's worth the wait!!!!! No words... just tears of JOY!!!!!
Now for the next step.... I wish you all the very best if you're still waiting... be patient, don't give up. That's all I can say. Thanks for your support, everyone.

I filed I-130 for my wife in dec. and received NOA1 on the 5th of December, since then the case has been in the initial review. It has been almost 6 months....starting to worry a little now.

I am Dec 10 at TSC... I don't know if I am more worried or just confused. It seems like there is movement happening at TSC which is awesome and congrats to all the new approvals! but what is concerning is that it seems that these new approvals are being sent in the mail and not getting e-mails or updates and the status online isn't changing. Is this the case for the new approvals from TSC? I am wondering if I should call and see if mine has been approved? There is literally no reason to their madness....

I just want to say congrats to everyone that has not given up the faith. This process is a stressful one and it is only the beginning. I wish everyone well and we all will have our NOA2's soon. Patience is my middle name, although I become crazy about the process when I am in deep thought.

I was looking at 10 numbers before and after mine on uscis website and some 3 lucky persons got approved yesterday and one got rfe.

NSC is working definitely on dec cases!

last time i called they told me they are working on November 16.today i called them i cant blve what they said.they are working on November 5 .whats happening ..why they give us wrong information where as i can see many December filters are getting approvals
