You guys will not get transferred cause your files are going/went to the service centers directly from the Lockbox. So it's Lockbox-> Service Center That's the way it used to be up until August 2

My Priority date is December 18, In four days my 5 months period will be over. Still waiting for NAO2. Anyone from Vermont service center who has filed in December 2013? Does anyone has any clue for what date/month Vermont service center is processing right now?

I am at vsc with pd 12/24. I read in November forum that vsc is randomly approving october filers still. Edited by sam87

Approved! we just got the email last night . we were with vermont . and pd date of of dec9th. hold in there guys they are coming

So I called this morning USCIS and asked about my cases my I-130 and 129F. My priority date on my I-130 is Dec 6, 2013 and she told me they are currently working on Nov 12, 2013 filers. My pirority date for my I-129F is Dec 16, 2013 and she told me they are currently working on Nov 17, 2013 filers. So in short they are running one month behind. I don't know if this is accurate information, but it is what I got. Keeping the faith my NOA2 will come soon!

Our priority date is Dec 16, 2013. I just found it has been approved on May 17, 2014 by checking the status on Uscis website yesterday. We found a lot of useful information here although this is my first post. I just want to say thanks for that and hope those who are still waiting will get approved soon. I'm with Vermont service center and they seem to be quicker than i thought.
