Dec 2013 I-130 filers

My priority date is December 5. I have reach the 5 month and 4 days and counting. I am also following the November thread and it seems like many of them are very angry because they are still waiting on their NO2. So I wish everyone luck and let's hope for quick approvals.

My husband called uscis yesterday and he spoke to tier1 and he told him that NSC is working on Nov 5th and if we don't here anything before 5th of June ( it would be our 6 months from PD ) we should call again and put SR or whatever.

I just Hope that at least the earliest Dec PD's will hear something before June comes, but the best would be if they would start to approve all of us ASAP

Pretty good news I would say! To have an actual human being saying they are working on November 5th

I'm lucky enough to be enjoying a Mexican getaway with my wife until June 2nd! Would be sweet to have an approval by then!

So much for the given processing time of 5 months at Nebraska. I have a feeling that processing times are about to go up again. I would love to know why approvals suddenly seemed to come to almost a complete halt once all October transfers were approved. I think November was the first month that the I-130's were sent directly there, and for some reason it does not seem like they are really devoting much of their resources to actively working on them. Why?

I am becoming more and more pessimistic.

When my husband and I found out how long this visa was going to take he moved back to Australia to work here ( his a permanent resident here) until its ready but we have now realised we need to change his address with the visa people. We also need to change my address as we have moved to a new town since he came back. so basiclly i need to find out where / who i contact to change address

Please raise your voice and vote the idea to fast process i-130 on USCIS Idea Community website. May be USCIS will come up with proper explanation at least. You can create your own idea as well to saturate the forum full of i-130 delays agitation.
