so begs the question is it accurate? only being on here a short while, it seems that those that have been waiting for 7,9,12, months plus would say it would not be accurate?........

You guys will not get transferred cause your files are going/went to the service centers directly from the Lockbox. So it's Lockbox-> Service Center That's the way it used to be up until August 2

Well, what I suspected has happened! Booooo :( I am still very thankful that they touched my file and sent this message now instead of waiting 5 months to touch my file... Still very hopeful for a fast approval! :) I wonder what they want...

"On March 21, 2014, we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence requested. Meanwhile, processing of this case is on hold until we either receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once you submit the evidence requested and a decision is made, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

I had my baby boy September too! I hate hubby missing out on all the new things he's doing sad.png

It is seriously heart wrenching!!! holding onto everything happens for a reason elij (((HUGS))) let's hope the new update of 5 mo. is true I am working to not be bitter when I see k1 visas approved left and right, all part of my process.

Just recieved my RFE in the mail. I sent in my marriage certificate and translated marriage document from my country. They want to see the Nikah Nama in my native language... Not too difficult. I should be able to send it in... First thing in the morning. :) On a side note, I just read my husbands alien registration number on the letter and it ends with 786! Coincidence? I think not! :)

one thing I know for sure : we all need to wait, another week, month..

btw. it used to be 3-4 months of waiting in uscis before the huge backlog..
