Hey all, just popping in to say that my husband had his interview today and our application was APPROVED!! Hooray! Only took a year and a half! Now just to wait for his passport to come back!

Congratulations to all of those who've also been approved, and good luck to those who are nearly there!

If my 2014 income is below the poverty line but my parents who I live with agree to add themselves on our household income and sign that form that states they will support her if need be so she doesn't become a burden of the state do we still need a joint sponsor for my wife's 6.8 interview? My parents claimed over 300,000 on their last income tax, and she has all our 2014 tax returns.Wouldn't that be enough? thanks in advance.

Greetings from the USA! Husband and I flew in from London today! His visa was validated and he now has a green card! It was a lovely experience and all the CBP staff were so nice and welcoming to him! We are so happy the journey to this point is over, and a new journey can begin!

Hello,

My husband had has his interview on the June 9th, consular gave 221g yellow slip he marked on the box (No further action is currently required on your part.An officer will contact you when a final decision has been made your case) when I check the ceac your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Consular took his passport and all the other documents, I check ceac this morning someone went and change the date from 9th to 21st of June still AP. I don’t know what that means, if anyone can tell me what this mean is I really appreciated I am so confuse and worried I don’t know whats going to happen..
