Need assistance for DS 261:

My wife is us citizen and she file the petition for me.So what information should provide to fill the form.

She have to follow the case the case thorugh out.

So she need to provide her contact info or provide my information.

Do i need to send original documents or photocopies?

One more question my wife income is below poverty level so she cant sponsor.Her cousion going to sponsor me.There are many sponsor form on website so which sponsor i need to fill up in my case?

faisal,

you only need to send copies now to the nvc. they do not want originals. you must bring originals to the interview.

as for sponsor, do a search in the "google custom search" box (upper right hand part the of the screen just below the sign out box) type in key words of what you need to know for the sponsor. also Saylin gives some good suggestions in her wiki about tips for sponsors. I would provide a cover letter as she suggests and be very careful everything in the i 864 is marked, checked off, etc for you and your wife and for the sponsor.

there are lots of sample forms here and on other websites for you look at to help you. there is a tab at the top of this page called "example forms" this is a good place to start.

I wish I could provide more info but I did not need a sponsor.

and as a last resort, pm others who did, i bet they would help you.
