Scratch that, online case status changed today to INITIAL REVIEW good.gif Anyone else?

and it will stay like that for next few months...

You guys will not get transferred cause your files are going/went to the service centers directly from the Lockbox. So it's Lockbox-> Service Center That's the way it used to be up until August 2

From the look of things, this petition is going to take forever to complete. 8.7 months?!!! Really!!!cray5ol.gif

and this is only the first step.. then the nvc (3-4months at the moment) and then waiting for interview.. huh, I hope it will all move on, and we will not have to wait for so long, but let's wait for all the transfers to be done and when the October fillers will start to get approvals then we will know for sure that we are getting closer :)

Ok got our hard copy NOA1 in the mail yesterday the 7th of Jan! just in time before hubby flys back to Aus. Now the real wait begins.

awww. I hope that the time before you are going to see each other again will pass fast. My hubby is coming to me in 33 days! dancin5hr.gif

Filed from Houston in late December by my attorney. Waiting for receipt confirmation and NOA1.

Sent off our I-130 on 12.22 in Austin, got our NOA1 Hard Copy on 1.8 online case status under INITIAL REVIEW and Mark's coming for another visit on 3.6!

Are you able now to check your case on uscis website ? :) and have you sign up for further notifications ?

Less then two months and you are going to see each other! good.gif

based on your priority date, you can tell which month you are a filer of. Once you get that hard copy you will know.

Give it another 2 weeks the postal system is flooded with back logged holiday mail and stuff. Took me almost a month to get mines. smile.png

I believe it is because you are from Philippines. and uscis expedite them. Aren't you happy? it is a good thing. in few days you will get a snail mail, then send what they ask for and hopefully move on to next stage.
