Package was received at the Phoenix Lockbox on December 23rd, check was cashed and we received our NOA1 this morning. Our case went to the Nebraska Service Centre, now the long wait beggings.

You guys will not get transferred cause your files are going/went to the service centers directly from the Lockbox. So it's Lockbox-> Service Center That's the way it used to be up until August 2

My hubby posted our I-130 yesterday the 28th from New Jersey...looking forward to getting our NOA1 and praying that it doesn't take to long for my visa.

Our PD date is December 3rd. happy holidays everyone, hang tight, remember; expect the best but be prepared for the worst.

10/28/13-I-130 Sent via USPS to Chicago Lock Box from Abroad

11/01/13-I-130 received at facility

11/12/13-Contacted Chicago Lock box to find info on our petition and was told it is being returned.

11/14/13-Received package back from Lock Box with RFE to resend it with correct filing fee.

(Money Order not drawn on US account)

11/25/13-I-130 Sent via USPS to Chicago Lock Box from Abroad with correct method of payment.

12/06/13-Received NOA1 via Email stating our case has been transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

12/12/13-Checked USCIS site for Case Status. Seen our case is in initial Review.

12/16/13-Received Hardcopy NOA1 in mail.

Feb 5-crossed border to US to see hubs and son off at airport. Flew to CA to establish domicile.

Feb 11-Case touched to update hub's change of address

Filed Nov but only got our NOA1 on the 19th. Still waiting for the hard copy. Husband's town's post office sucks as bad as ours.

We're being processed at Nebraska.

I really wish that they could get their act together. It would absolutely kill us if my husband missed the first year of our daughter's life. I'm due April and I doubt if we'll even receive our NOA2 by then.

Due to Christmas it might take more time, do you have tracking #, did they receive it ? was your check cashed? if yes it is just a matter of time before you will get your notification :)

You have your case # in your email so it is not so important to get a hard copy of it. I can see you are from Philippines (or your husband) - isn't the option of expedite available for you ( due to typhoon) ?

Seems like this to be the best December Team I've see in a long time, let's all pray for everyone's success and early approvals. USCIS promised they will speed things up and lets hope they pick up their game in 2014. :)
