Are you serious 4yrs waiting for Noa2?!!!!!!!wow.gif

Please for the love of anything sacred STOP making your posts such a huge font. We don't need that size of letters to read what you are writing!

To the person waiting for 4 years :time:

Really everyone, the easiest way for everyone to help each other is to accurately fill out your timeline. This helps veterans help you with the process and helps the people after you know how long each step should take.

I already in toucjed wth my senator bt thy repoled me my file is in normal processing time . The processing time for i-130 petition is 6-12 mnths so thy told me to wait till one year. Now i dnt knw wht to do .

Well then your Senator (or his/her immigration liason) is an idiot. According to the USCIS's (cooked, fraudulent) processing times you are NOT within normal processing times.

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do;jsessionid=bacGNLRgTRiI3afbb8zlu

Form Title Classification or Basis for Filing: Processing Timeframe:

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21 February 12, 2013

I-131 Application for Travel Document All other applicants for advance parole 3 Months

I-539 Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status All other extension applications 2.5 Months

I-600 Petition to Classify Orphan as an Immediate Relative. U.S. citizen filing to adopt an orphan 2.5 Months

I-600A Application for Advance Processing of Orphan Petition. U.S. citizen who plans to adopt a foreign-born child 2.5 Months

I-765 Application for Employment Authorization Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [©(9)] 3 Months

I-765 Application for Employment Authorization All other applications for employment authorization 3 Months

I-817 Application for Family Unity Benefits Voluntary departure under the family unity program 6 Months

I-824 Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition To request further action on an approved application or petition 3 Months

I-90 Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card Initial issuance or replacement April 11, 2013

I-90 Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card 10-year renewal April 11, 2013

Either call up your representative or call the USCIS disinformation line and demand to speak to a Tier 2. Put in a service request as you are outside of normal processing times. If the Tier 2 gives you proverbial sh!t demand to talk to a supervisor.

Can't get that link to past but go here and click on NBC at the bottom:

Why what? I would like you stop writing in a gigantic font? Because it actually makes it harder to read the whole page. Same as using weird script fonts or different colours etc...
