How exactly does dependents work for someone using a co sponsor ? If I have a household size of 4 what dependents would be listed on the co sponsor i864 ? My dependents would be my wife , biological daughter , step daughter from previous I864 and myself . I am not listed on the taxes of my co sponsor .

Not what I was looking for , but thanks for the help . Need to know what dependents would be applied to the co sponsor . Just my wife or my dependents as well . The logical answer seems to be just my wife . Just want to be sure :)

The co-sponsor's household size would be themselves + their spouse (if they have one) + their own dependents (if they have any) + anyone they have previously filed an I-864 for and are still responsible for + you.

Not plus you, plus the beneficiary. The joint sponsor counts their household and dependents plus the beneficiary.
