I need help on filling affidavit of support. I am helping my cousin as a joint sponsor because he didn't make enough income so here is the question, DID HE NEED TO FILL OUT AOS FORM TOO or just only me need to fill out one. my income only can help him. also we live in the same address so should I fill one out for him as a relative

12/14/07----SENT I-130 TO USCIS

12/18/07----I-130 RECEIVED

03/03/08 ---I-130 APPROVED AND SENT TO NVC

03/18/08----NVC RECEIVED PACKAGE AND CASE NUMBER ASSIGNED

04/19/08----Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill

04/23/08----SENT I-864 FEE THRU REGULAR MAIL TO NVC (SNAIL MAIL)

04/30/08----DS3032 APPROVED EMAIL REPLIED

05/01/08----NVC RECEIVED AOS FEES

05/06/08----SENT OUT I-864 THRU JAME'S SHORTCUT (OVERNIT MAIL)

05/07/08----I-864 RECEIVED BY NVC SIGNED FOR

05/16/08----IV FEE BILL GENERATED

05/17/08----IV BILL PAID ONLINE (IN PROCESS)

05/20/08----IV FEE INDICATE PAID

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Be sure to include all the documents:

1. Letter of Employment

2. Paystubs (Year to date )

3. Most current tax transcript or return (must have filed last 3 years though)

4. Your Proof of citizenship or LPR.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

The petitioner/sponsor files an I-864.

You, the Joint Sponsor, will file your own I-864. Only your income and household count will be used.

You cannot file the I-864a as a Household Member to combine income with your cousin because the two of you do not have the requisite family relationship to file this way.
