Fake trees suck like fake tits. Real and natural all the way.

I like the real trees better, but it's getting to be a pain in the butt the older I get. I'm thinking a fake one with all the lights on it might be in line in the next few years. Some of the fake ones look really good now.

We have 2 pine trees outside that we decorate each year (so the bunnies can enjoy the season) and an artificial for inside that looks like the ones outside.

Blasphemy! Just get a smaller real tree, piece of cake to put up. A good stand is also vital, not one of those cheap little ones that bend when you look at them.

One year we did a sapling for our tree and planted it in the yard after Christmas... Surprisingly it lived and we decorated it (lights only) every year after until we moved from the house.

Christmas trees are grown on tree farms specifically for that use. They are a renewable resource.

big dog - I strongly suggest you two MOVE to a locale that recycles the real christmas trees. Usually I buy 4 tonnes of shredded tree stuff and use it for compost each year.
