Let me ask you...You received a call from the embassy in Sept saying renew medical and police report right? Did they say AP was over?

Yes, the embassy called my fiance and told him our case was approved and to send a renewed medical and police report. We submitted both and didn't hear anything for almost two months. In early November I reached out to my Senator and the embassy informed her that "due to new information" our case has been placed in second administrative processing.

I don't think they mentioned anything about final review. Just told him that the case was complete/approved and to submit the renewed medical and police report. They were going to send him his passport for the medical but he said he didn't need it.

So you said your senator was informed by the embassy "due to new information" our case has been placed in second administrative processing.That is why they didn't issue the visa.Because new info was found.Did you ever email the embassy and ask them what info and what is going on.How about calling DOS?I would have been so upset

So you said your senator was informed by the embassy "due to new information" our case has been placed in second administrative processing.That is why they didn't issue the visa.Because new info was found.Did you ever email the embassy and ask them what info and what is going on.How about calling DOS?I would have been so upset

Please send your passport." (Note: they have had his passport since his interview on Jan. 10, 2013)

The DOS sent an inquiry to the embassy which responded stating that we are still in AP. I was hopeful that we would get more out of the inquiry (since it appears that the AP is at the embassy level) but as usual, they won't tell us anything about why we were placed in AP again or how long it might take. I also emailed the embassy but got the same copy-paste response that I have been getting for the past 11 months. I am supposed to reach out to my Senator again this week.

"Strong Always" "due to new information"??!!?? That's exactly what they said to my Senator! ?

But we have yet to be given any REAL answers!!
