Hello VJ people. Been a while since we have been at the forum. My wife and I have decided to change from fling Stateside to DCF. So here I am back in The Philippines again. It seems I need to stay 6 months before I can even file or Get my 13A and then file is this correct? I have the whole petition ready from when we were going to file Stateside I just need to make a few changes in our addresses and dates. Again I have been here 6 times now since October 2012. Total time in country is about 10 months. Any advice from you guys would be much apprecited.

I-130 Approved April 7

MNL Case number April 10

Filled out DS-260

Medical Passed

Made appointment at USEM for interview

INTERVIEW PASSED!! 8/25/14

CEAC WEBSITE SAYS VISA ISSUED

VISA IN POSSESSION 8/29/14

CFO DONE 9/10/14

POE Dallas 9/17/14

Finally Home!

In order to file your I-130 you have to be in the Philippines for 6 consecutive months and then they will have to approve it. Look up DFC Manila in Google and you will find info on this.

October 30, 2013 NBI Clearance

October 31, 2013 DS-260's Submitted On- Line

October 31, 2013 Cemar CRS Form No. 5

November 23, 2013 Received Packet #3 From US Embassy Manila

January 8-10 2014 Medical Exam's Passed

February 11, 2014 IR-1/IR-2 Visa's Approved

February 17, 2014 Passport's/Visa's in Transit from Post

February 19, 2014 Passport's/Visa's Arrive Via 2Go

February 28, 2014 CFO Completed

June 2, 2014 POE & Immigration at Guam
